Southside Park's newest piece of public art is on the corner of 10th & R Streets.

The fox lounging in the sun looks a little too friendly, don't you think? Then again, maybe his strategy is to cozy up before he lunches on the goose.

The official viewing was at Thursday's R Street Improvements Project Arch Lighting Celebration. Just as the ceremony was scheduled to begin, a downpour started. The R Street arch and the bronze the fox and goose got baptized by nature while the dedication moved inside.
